Scheduling Your Visit Has Never Been Easier!

For Enrollment or Lab Appointments:

Quick and Easy Scheduling: We respect your time. That's why we offer appointments in 15-minute blocks. Whether you're coming in for enrollment or a lab appointment, we'll get you in and out as efficiently as possible.

For Enrollment:

Time Required: 15 minutes

Documents Needed: Please bring your ID, Social Security card, and either transcripts or their equivalent.

Time Required: 15 minutes

Documents Needed: Don't forget your ID and Insurance card (if applicable). Please also bring your preferred method of payment.

Hours: 9 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday

Lunch Break: 12 pm-1 pm

Mobile Service Option:

Fee: $25

For those who can't make it to our facility, we offer a mobile service for your convenience.
